Payments aren't open yet. We'll finalize this policy with our payment provider before they are, and update this page.

Cancelling

You can cancel BridgeGame Pro at any time from your account. You won't be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for.

When we refund

  • You were charged after you cancelled, or charged twice.
  • BridgeGame can't run a game we list as Runs great on a supported Mac, and we can't fix it.
  • Any refund your local consumer law gives you.

How to ask

Email info@bridgegame.online from the address on your account, within 14 days of the charge, with your Mac model and the game. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
